Supportive Housing
Supportive Housing options are available for individuals with physical disabilities and complex health care needs. Accommodations range from congregate living to individual apartments in various locations within the community. Personal Support Workers are on site 24 hours per day to provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
Subsidized housing for seniors who require personal care is also available. Referrals must be made through the Home and Community Care Support Services.
